This new Korean fusion restaurant is absolutely fantastic! We visited this beautiful place on Friday evening and sat at the bar since the place was pretty packed. We started our meal with the house-pickled cucumber, which was refreshing and had a hint of spiciness from the gochugaru. We also tried the mayak egg as our side dish. This perfectly marinated boiled egg in their special sauce was intriguing and a great way to boost my appetite. Next up was the Gochu Skirt Steak. It was wonderfully tender and juicy, boasting a zesty flavor with a touch of heat from the shishito pepper. The Korean Fried Chicken was, without a doubt, the best Korean fried chicken I've ever tasted. It was incredibly juicy and packed with a sweet and spicy flavor, perfectly complemented by a tasty cabbage slaw. We also ordered the octopus skewers, which exceeded my expectations. The octopus was tender and juicy--not dry at all--and the sauce offered a unique blend of red pepper and cumin (im guessing) that was intriguing. For dessert, we enjoyed Kkwabaegi, which isbKorean cinnamon twist donut, along with Mexican-Korean hot chocolate. The donut has similar texture as the mochi (rice cake) donut and it was

Delicious food and great service. The space is smaller than expected as it seems to be attached to a hotel but it was intimate and charming. We didn't try a dish that we weren't in love with. Would definitely go back! Broccolini was the best!

I dined here with two others arriving during happy hour and ordered seven of the eight items from their happy hour menu. Everything was absolutely delicious and a great value for your money as the portions are quite large! After eating the appetizers we had a bit more room in our stomach’s so we ordered desert which were the Matcha Tart and Milk Bun Rotating Jam. Both were just as delicious as the appetizers so be sure to save room for them! We also had the Oaxacan After Midnight, one of their speciality cocktails and it’s very flavorful and a must have! I’ve had Korean food many times before, but the chef takes it to the next level with its fusion style. The atmosphere was very enjoyable and relaxing as it’s a non-rushed dinning experience. At no time did we feel as if we were being hurried along to get in the next guest. Our waitress Lena was amazing to say the least! She was personable, friendly, knowledgeable on the menu items, and quite attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was memorable. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Harold and had a nice conversation with him when he visited our table to ensure we were enjoying our evening. He t

Make your way to Black Ginger. This was such a cute spot and perfect way to bring in my birthday. Black Ginger offers small plates, I’d suggest each person ordering something different so you can taste a bit of Everything. The music was the right vibe, service was quick and efficient. I left feedback about dishes in the picture caption I’ll definitely be back to support this new spot! For Dessert, I had the Milk Bun. I forgot to snap a picture of it but it was delicious!

It was my first time at a Korean fusion restaurant with my family. We were happy with our order which were unexpectedly delicious. Shishito peppers are the best taste of life. Everything is tasty and price is reasonable. The sauces awesome, side salad amazing, especially creamy pumpkin puree on the glazed fork belly. Thank you for the amazing experience. Definitely coming back.
